Background
Miss Spencer is a teacher who's come to the Rumble Roses tournament to find her straying pupil Rebecca Welsh (aka Candy Cane) and make her return to school. She's a typically old-fashioned teacher with a strong sense of discipline, who believes in the importance of good behaviour and (naturally) studying. At the same time she's essentially a kindly person, and feels that Candy is a bit of a 'rough diamond' who ought to be given a chance.
Miss Spencer was captain of her wrestling team when she was at school, so she's well-equipped to enter the ring if necessary, either to help her erring pupil or to exert a little discipline on the other contestants. Despite her prim attitude, displays of what she considers 'unruly' behaviour can rouse her to take strong action against the 'naughty' miscreants.
She likes the pop singer Aisha but when she meets her during the tournament, she criticizes her for being a 'bad role model'. She is also shocked to find that some of the younger contestants like Aigle and Makoto are out of school (the nomad has never even been to school!) As for Anesthesia, she does not 'like the cut of that woman's jib' and is sure that she intends no good towards Candy after the nurse makes some 'inappropriate' comments. Whether Miss Spencer's own apparently very affectionate attitude to Candy Cane is also 'inappropriate' is uncertain, but she is prepared to defend her favourite pupil against all comers.
